After over 13 years with American International Machinery / Signature Folder Gluers, Bernie Czerwinski is retiring. Bernie has been a dedicated outside sales representative for Signature, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with many of the company's clients.

Reflecting on his career, Bernie shares, “I feel lucky to have had such great customers, many of whom became friends, and I’m grateful to the wonderful and kind folks at AIM for giving me the opportunity to be successful. Thanks to them, I was able to take care of my family, and for that, I couldn’t ask for more.”

In retirement, Bernie looks forward to pursuing his passion of restoring fine furniture and antiques. Additionally, Bernie continues to find fulfillment in teaching Catechism to 8th graders, a role he truly enjoys. Alongside his wife, Sylvia, Bernie is also joining the St. Vincent DePaul Society, where they will serve those in need.

Bernie’s colleagues at AIM will certainly miss him, but they all wish him the very best in this new chapter of his life. Over the years, he played an integral role in broadening Signature’s customer base and driving sales, leaving behind a lasting impact on the company.

Kevin Koplin, AIM’s Operations Director, has known Bernie for over 25 years in various capacities—as a vendor, a competitor, and most recently, a colleague. He says, “Bernie has become more than just a business associate; he’s a true friend. It will be hard to replace someone with his extensive knowledge of the industry, but he certainly deserves this time to enjoy his hobbies and spend time with his family, who mean so much to him. Thank you, my friend!”

Wishing Bernie all the best as he embarks on this exciting new chapter of his life. Enjoy your retirement, Bernie—you’ve earned it!
